  • Because your art prints are custom-printed on demand and framed using locally sourced timber, please allow 5 to 7 business days for production, framing, and quality inspection prior to dispatch.

  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • We ship our custom fine art prints and frames locally across South Africa.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your framed artwork.

  • Delivery Times: Once dispatched from our workshop, standard courier transit times typically range between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Packaging and Transit Care

  • We take immense care in packaging our custom frames and fine art prints to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
